On the basis of market`s demands there has been launched the production of conductance sensors in TESLA BLATNÁ, a.s.. Sensors are produced with usage of glazed and unglazed ceramics with maximal dimensions 52 x 52 mm and with the thickness range 0,25 mm to 1,0 mm. For sputtering are used materials as follows: Pt, Au, Ta, TiW, Ni, NiCr, Ti, Cu, Al. Litographic masks could be provided by TESLA BLATNÁ,a.s..
